LEARNING MODEL WITH ETHNO-PEDAGOGY APPROACH WEBSITE-ASSISTED

Abstract


University PGRI of Semarang has one of the self-identity visions, in order to reach this self-identity vision, character education which is integrated in the courses is developed (TIM, 2015). In addition, the development of institutional quality is conducted by following the development of the higher educations policy and the development of the civilization which is currently looking up to the century of cybernetic. The specific purpose of this study is to develop the website-assisted learning model which is based on ethno pedagogy to improve the teaching skill of the teacher candidates. The method used in this research is combined-method which emphasizes in the qualitative and quantitative collection of data. In this research, the writer uses embedded design which involves the testing activities (Cresswell, 2008). The type of the embedded design that is used is Embedded experimental model. In the first year, the writer has done the development of learning model with the ethno-pedagogy approach with website-assisted and the learning tools which are needed. The result which has been validated by the expert shows that the development of the learning model with the ethno-pedagogy approach with website-assisted and the learning tools is valid.
